Nator Constructions were engaged for a Design & Construct package for the new 100-child HEI Early Learning Facility at 46 Charlotte St in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD.
Works included the complete demolition and strip out of existing facility back to cold shell and re-fit of the early learning facility in a live and operational building. Nator were engaged under an ECI agreement to manage the complete design & approval process before transitioning into a Design & Construct contract.
