The Directors
Damon Hardiker
Company founder and a second-generation builder by trade, Damon draws on twenty years of industry experience across multiple sectors. Damon’s meticulous eye for detail and commitment to shifting the industry standard in quality and safety has led the business to where it is today: specialising in delivering premium projects and providing outstanding service. Damon’s experience in the construction industry is from the ‘ground-up’ – starting as an apprentice carpenter and progressing his career through residential and commercial construction management.
Mitch Perry
Company director and experienced construction management professional, having personally delivered $200m+ of commercial and multi-residential construction throughout Queensland. Prior to joining the business, Mitch was a state-manager for one of Queensland’s largest and oldest tier-two construction companies, with offices spanning over seven locations. Mitch has managed and successfully delivered the design & construction of complex projects across the aged care, retirement living, multi-residential, education, commercial and public infrastructure sectors.
Throughout his career, Mitch has led teams to several Master Builders & Industry Association awards, demonstrating his commitment to delivering projects at the highest standard.
Design & Development
Nator, founded by hands on builders, knows and understands the construction process and all aspects required to make a project successful. We believe this is a client’s biggest asset during a project’s life cycle. Nator assists in all stages of design from conception through to construction by providing buildability input and design management services. We are regarded as a leading house renovations company in Brisbane and believe in keeping our customers 100% satisfied.
Project Management
The flexibility of Nator continues into Project Management, with advantage over traditional PM Consultants in that Nator, as a builder, knows and understands the industry first hand for both the builder and the client. As a member of Master Builders, our credentials are further reinforced with industry accreditation.
Cost Management & Control
We ensure that you, our client, receive the best value for money and your project financials and cash-flow are maintained. Our project teams establish, maintain and review cost plans and budgets throughout the duration of the project. We are also constantly investigating and utilising new projects and construction methodologies to assist us in achieving this.
Health & Safety
Maintaining the health and safety of our employees, subcontractors, suppliers and the public engaging around us is the paramount objective at Nator. Our Occupational Health and Safety Management System is implemented in all aspects of our operations.

Consultation & Communication
Nator knows and understands the importance of consultation and communication throughout the project between the client, consultants and principal contractor to resolve on-site, design and client issues. Regular meetings, reporting and tracking is provided to our clients to ensure that you are fully informed for the duration of the project.
