A repeat client for many years, Bluecare engaged Nator Constructions to undertake a remodel of their existing Bluecare Sunnybank facility.
Works included the demolition and remodelling of 5 independent living units (ILUs), common areas, and external areas.
Nator was involved at project concept, providing key design & constructability advice to guide the project to a feasible position. The facility remained live and completely operational throughout the entire duration of the project.
